What should I know about plant maintenance?
Can I take care of my indoor plants myself?
Naava products are always sold with a maintenance service included. In public environments such as corporate offices or other shared spaces, there are often many plants and no clearly assigned person responsible for their care. By keeping your plants within a professional maintenance service, we ensure they stay healthy and beautiful.
We want your plants to always look their best and to minimize plant loss. For this reason, plant maintenance is always carried out by professionals.
If you wish, you can remove dead and yellowing leaves yourself using scissors.
How are Naava air-purifying green walls maintained?
Naava Service is responsible for the premium installation and maintenance of Naava products. A maintenance agreement ensures that the green walls remain healthy and that their air-purifying performance stays optimal year-round.
During installation, each Naava unit is registered into a remote monitoring system and set up to operate with AI support. Maintenance is carried out at regular intervals and whenever needed. During each visit, the maintenance team cleans the plants and ensures the system functions correctly.
Customers can choose between premium and standard maintenance. Premium service includes regular refilling of water reservoirs. Some customers prefer to handle this themselves or include it in their cleaning service agreement, in which case the standard maintenance plan is sufficient.
How are potted plants maintained?
Naava potted plants are delivered either with the Naava Deco maintenance service or the Naava Deco Premium maintenance service. The main difference between the services is watering.
With the Naava Deco service, the customer is responsible for refilling the water in the pots themselves. The Naava Deco Premium service includes water refilling carried out by Naava’s green team approximately every two weeks.
During maintenance visits, the Naava green team trims and tidies the plants, wipes dust from the leaves, adds nutrients, and cleans the pots. If necessary, pest control is also carried out during the visit.
Naava Deco pots include a water level indicator that shows the required amount of water. The water level should stay between the minimum and maximum marks on the indicator.
