Svenska Spel

Svenska Spel’s Solna office offers a calm and adaptable work environment, where the spatial design has been tailored to employees’ needs. Naava’s green walls have significantly improved indoor air quality and introduced a nature-inspired element, enhancing comfort, well-being, and healthy working conditions.

Svenska Spel places a strong emphasis on employee wellness, offering a variety of benefits including a wellness allowance, paid chiropractor visits, and access to a massage chair. Additionally, the company organizes activities such as running, paddle tennis, and badminton tournaments to promote an active lifestyle. Employees also benefit from a 35-hour workweek, which helps them maintain a healthy work-life balance.

In response to changing work patterns following the pandemic, Svenska Spel has adapted its office environment. With larger premises relative to occupancy, the work environment has become quieter, though regulating temperature and ventilation has posed challenges. Employees have contributed to the evolution of the workspace by sharing feedback on the design concept, and the company has adjusted accordingly.

The introduction of Naava green walls has had a significant positive impact on the indoor environment at Svenska Spel’s Solna office. Employees have reported cleaner air and a more vibrant, greener atmosphere, contributing to a more enjoyable and healthy workspace.

“I would definitely recommend Naava to other companies. It has been highly appreciated by all colleagues, and Naava is also a very good supplier with excellent communication and maintenance of the walls.”
